All orders ship within the same day for local (Kenya) delivery. If you have placed the order over the weekend, the package may not ship until the following Monday of the coming week if your is placed after 11AM on Saturday and you are outside Nairobi.

No international deliveries available.

How do I cancel my online order?

I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address! How can I change that?

Please call us at +254769727289 or email us at info@jblkenya.co.ke and have your order confirmation number ready. If the order hasn’t already been shipped, we will happily change the address for you.

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its sealed original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Warranty

We offer Warranty for Manufacturer’s Defects i.e Software. If you believe you have received a defective product upon arrival, please contact us immediately at +254769727289 or email info@jblkenya.co.ke for further instructions.

We provide the following warranty terms for products purchased from us:

Warranty Confirmation: Before purchasing, please confirm with our staff whether your product includes a warranty. Not all products come with a warranty, and some are sold on an “as is” basis.
Return Policy: We accept returns only within 24 hours of purchase, and the product must be faulty. Non-faulty products or products returned after 24 hours will not be accepted.

No Refunds: We do not issue refunds for items under warranty. Defective products under warranty are subject to repair or replacement by the manufacturer.
Accessories: No warranty is provided for accessories, including but not limited to chargers, earphones, and cases.
